SONY IMX226 is a diagonal 9.33mm (type 1/1.7) CMOS image sensor with 12.4M effective pixels. It is available in monochrome (IMX226CLJ) and in color (IMX226CQJ). This sensor uses the STARVIS technology. In addition to the basic angle of view, the drive mode can be changed to HD, 5M and 4K according to the imaging subject. IT can also support functions which enable imaging in accordance with the surrounding environement, such as the global reset function and multiple exposure function.
