NANDrive™ Embedded SSDs
The award-winning NANDrive™ 85 Series offers a wide range of ball grid array (BGA) form factor solid state drives (SSDs) for long-life, energy-efficient embedded applications. NANDrive™ SSDs have the same pin-out accross all capacities in each family (PATA, SATA, eMMC), giving customers flexibility and simplifying board design. Industrial temperature (-40 to +85°C) NANDrive™ is offered with 2-bits-per-cell (MLC) or 1-bit-per-cell (SLC) NAND to meet varying customer requirements for lifespan, endurance and performance.
Greenliant's SLC NAND-based, industrial grade NANDrive™ products offer 10x the lifetime compared to typical MLC NAND SSDs and are qualified for the most demanding applications. NANDrive™ is an ideal data storage solution for automotive and industrial products, medical devices, networking systems and enterprise equipment requiring small size, reliability, ruggedness and low power consumption.
ArmourDrive™ SSDs
Built in industry standard M.2, mSATA, CFAST, 2.5" and SD/microSD form factors, Greenliants ArmourDrive™ SSD portfolio is ideal for demanding industrial, networking, datacenter, video and imaging applications that require reliable removable data storage. Tested for shock and vibration, and operating at industrial temperatures (-40 to +85°C), ArmourDrive™ is able to withstand extreme environments. ArmourDrive™ SSDs are offered in a variety of interfaces (NVMe PCle, SATA, SD) and NAND configurations (SLC, MLC, TLC) to meet different customer requirements for performance, endurance and lifespan.
In addition to robust power interrupt data protection, ArmourDrive™ SSDs' advanced features include hardware encryption, secure erase and lifespan monitoring. Available in a wide range of capacities, from 8GByte to 4TByte, ArmourDrive™ products surpass traditional storage with their superior functionality and reliability. In addition to 3D MLC based MX Series and 3D TLC based PX Series, Greeliant offers ArmourDrive™ EX Series with industry leading EnduroSLC™ Technology for ultra-robust data retention and ultra-high endurance, from 50K and 100K to market leading 250K+ program-erase cycles (endurance of 300K and above is available upon request).
NAND Controllers
Comprising the heart of NAND-based storage solutions, Greenliant's 55 Series NAND Controllers are built upon more than two decades of controller design expertise. They intelligently manage the inherent deficiencies of NAND flash, taking this burden off the host system and making the designer's job easier. Greeliant's NAND Controllers utilize advanced wear-leveling technology coupled with robust error correction and data integrity protection during power interrupts, making them ideal for NAND flash-based modules and solid state drives that require long product life and high reliability.
Specialty Flash Memory
Greenliant's Specialty Flash Memory portfolio includes the CSF™ (Concurrent SuperFlash™), Many-Time Programmable and SSF™ (Small-Sector Flash™) product families. The multi-bank architecture and Read-while-Write operations of the Concurrent SuperFlash™ 36 Series make it well-suited for automotive, communications and industrial applications. The Many-Time Programmable 27 and 37 Series products combine the erase capability of flash cost effectiveness of EPROM/OTP memory, while the Small-Sector Flash™ 29 Series is ideal for applications requiring fine data granularity. These products provide high performance, superior reliability of more than 100 years data retention, low power consumption and a small footprint, making them well-suited for code storage applications and space-constrained systems.
